I read through that entire piece and it made my skin crawl. I don’t know why, but it completely floors me that Dylan has never once changed her story, there are court documents saying the only reason Allen wasn’t prosecuted was for her health and sanity, she has re-iterated and proved it over and over. Every single piece written on her includes about a million caveats and legal back-ups and careful reporting. That NY Mag would publish something so obviously biased, playing on the most common trope (The Good Wife) to rehabilitate the image of abusive men is fucking astounding. I have too many thoughts that I can’t articulate right now, but I am so furious and heartbroken that the media will come for Dylan and the rest of these siblings as unreliable and insane because of a powerful man and his friends’ refusal to hold him accountable.
I know it's not all about his appearance but like.. Is he okay? His skin looks like it's screaming. I'm glad he's finally getting dragged tho. He was seen as some wonderful face of nonprofit and social causes way too long
Sounds like this guy has no trouble getting work still. *sigh* Bryan Singer in Talks to Direct 'Red Sonja' for Millennium (Exclusive)
"who has battled bad PR" *sigh* He shouldn't get to work on any franchises, but it would especially suck for him to take the reins of Red Sonja, who's such a cool character.
On a side note, I wish Marvel still owned the rights to Red Sonja. Probably would've been a dope Netflix show. Obviously, Singer wouldn't be involved. Plenty of great female directors that should work on this film.
Ughhhhhh. Dynamite was doing a lot of really great things with Sonja lately. Its such a fucking disappointment that they would hire him.
He apologized to her, issued a statement after the article came out and responded privately to her. I don't think he's acted like nothing happened.
Glad to see it looks like Norm did the right thing, acknowledged what he said was wrong, and seems teachable in what should be and should not be said in this day and age.
This is about an Athlete, not an actor but still someone of fame. The ex-wife of Cubs SS Addison Russel wrote a blog yesterday detailing her marriage with the Cubs star. Thankfully they are divorced now but she illustrates a very sad, toxic marriage. you no longer have a secret, you have a story
