It’s been an open secret in the UK comedy scene for years now, but he kept it hidden with a strong legal team.

If Channel 4, one of the biggest TV channels in the UK, feels it can not only do this but put it in a primetime 9pm Saturday night slot with little-to-no notice… Well, I would imagine there is going to be a LOT.

A couple of comedians are saying he’s known this could be coming for years, and that’s why he suddenly pivoted into a “the state’s out to get us all” YouTuber. He’s built a Trumpian fanbase of fucking idiots who won’t believe it.

For what it's worth a lot of celebrities don't manage their Instagram accounts and also use automatic likes to boost engagement. That shouldn't be looked at as meaning much.

 

And also... accountability is important, but how much stock are we actually putting into liking an IG post?

When it comes to ig likes, I'm not even sure if most people will read everything that the post says. They see a familiar face + it seems like something important and they double tap. I wouldn't put a crazy amount of stock into it. Can't really hold anyone accountable for liking something. Reposting, sure, but liking, I dunno.

Maybe it is important? Up to you, I guess. Do your thing if it's important to you.
