“Logan says he owned Pearl for a couple years and gave her a good life at his home in Encino, CA ... saying he would even cuddle and sleep with the animal and made sure she had "the best life." But, when Logan moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic, he says he sent Pearl to live at a horse ranch in Santa Clarita, CA because he wasn't permitted to bring her with him. Logan says Pearl received amazing care at the ranch. Logan says Pearl lived at the horse ranch for 10 months but had to be rehomed again when the ranch owner moved out of state -- he says he was unaware of the rehoming. Logan says he only found out about Pearl's situation when the video came out, and he says he checked his records and is certain he didn't rehome the pig irresponsibly.”
I mean, I'd love to believe him and not think he would do such a thing for the sake of the absence of such cruelty. Just don't know.

He has apparently checked himself in to a psych ward (which to me seems like he’s trying to use that as a cop out but that’s just my opinion). However most people on Reddit and Twitter seem to be believing the survivors and want to deplatform him. However one person on Twitter said that it was all planted by the mainstream media because he’s doing “real journalism” and they’re afraid of him. Jesus Christ. Aside from the delusion of that tweet, what he does / always did was not in any way journalism. Holding a mic in someone’s face and letting them talk is not journalism. (I haven’t seen the HBO doc, just his YouTube videos)
I don’t want to defend the dude because he’s clearly a POS but he was doing legit journalism. More than any news network does.
Do the main news networks do any journalism? I see them interview a journalist every now and then (even that is becoming more and more rare) but I never see any journalism.
So if I’m understanding correctly that was only regarding trespassing and theft and not the kidnapping and such?
