Not discrediting anything she might have done or said but everything im reading in the replies indicates that this is a selena gomez stan account who is upset that i guess hailey recently shaded selena in an interview? Man i cannot keep up.
Some Selena stans are pressed because Hailey is doing an interview about Justin that references Selena and their past relationship, they believe to get ahead of selena's upcoming documentary. Hailey was kind of an obsessive fangirl of Justin's who would stake out his hotels and locations and stuff when he was with Selena so they don't like her generally. I think she used to also follow some "anti" Selena social media pages. But also I'm cynical and she's white, generationally wealthy, and a Baldwin so racism wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility either Edit: oh I clicked the twitter thread and apparently she used to say the n-word. Or at least typed it
Stephanie Beatriz Stood Up To A Disrespectful Guest Star On The Set Of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Gonna go ahead and take a wild stab in the dark and say that this was almost definitely Stacy Keach, but good for her. Glad the crew had her back too.
The Try Guys response/explanation for Ned Fulmer's misconduct Feels very much like they're reading off a cue card made by their lawyers, but Eugene looks genuinely furious and Zach seems pretty upset about it.
Yeah they’re obviously devastated. Appreciate that they seem genuinely sensitive to everyone involved (with the exception of Ned of course)
This is an actual article recommended to me on Google. I know there's no real accountability here I just needed to vent about it because this is so blatantly ridiculous
I feel like I’ve read that Brad Pitt story a few different times now and it never gets any traction. Hopefully it gets recognized this time
I think we’ve posted about athletes in here so figured this was relevant. For the past year and change there’s been a massive reckoning over abuse in womens’ soccer at both the club and international level. There are two investigations for the NWSL: one by USSF handled by Sally Yates and another being done by the NWSLPA. The findings from the Yates investigation were recently released. Massive, massive trigger warning if you choose to read. This is a brief summation of the Yates investigation. This is specifically looking into coaches and teams that USSF received direct complains about as well as the handlings of those complaints by executives at USSF. Basically, it barely scratches the surface.
The remaining Try Guys posted a podcast episode today going into more detail about the Ned situation. Seriously impressed by how well they’ve handled this.
What a fucking embarrassing and offensive misread of the actual situation here: an employer sleeping with his subordinate, which was never mentioned in this sketch. Apparently Ned has said in the past he has a friend from Yale who writes for SNL Edit: tweet from Keith's wife
Yeah I’ve been really confused by the public reaction to this. Three guys do exactly what we want people to do in this situation and then get made fun of for their transparency’s and earnestness about the consequences of Ned’s actions? Like, congratulations, you don’t know who they are or don’t like their videos. They’re still people. This TikTok from a therapist has been going around and I think in general it’s just a good reminder to check how we talk about these things https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRuaVMC4/
