Does anyone know anything about any allegations against a Please Don’t Destroy (SNL) member? There was a mention of it on DeuxMoi that an allegation is going around NYC comedy circles and I am curious if there’s more too this out there.



Also this is from about a year ago but I’m not sure if it is related

 

if the extent of the allegations are “no one likes him bc he only provides money and connections and isn’t funny” … yeah i’m gonna wait to see if there’s more lol

 

I think the extent of the allegation is that he assaulted at least one person based on that screenshot, but coming from deuxmoi and Reddit, I get it. But where there's smoke, there's usually fire.

 

Yes that is why I posted asking if anyone knew any more info, because the second screenshot mentions one of the members John assaulted someone. Also yes I get it re: DeuxMoi (and Reddit) but whoever submitted the DeuxMoi blind called the cast members leaving before the news got out which made me even more curious about the PDD allegation, and if there’s anything more out there going around (they did mention stuff going around in NYC comedy circles) aside from that Reddit post.

Yeah it's fucking weird and gross that a bunch of these documentaries keep popping up in the wake of the Jackson one. And Evan Rachel Woods' doc feels like something completely different compared to the TV-tabloid cash-grab shit some of these streaming services are churning out

 

And when I say tabloid, I don't mean to imply that the stories aren't true, just that they're absolutely centered on the violence in a really gross way and are clearly capitalizing on the current climate for money as opposed to creating something beneficial with actual substance

 

True crime exploits trauma for financial gain for sure

Yeah, Pod Meets World has some pretty enlightening stuff. Maitland was supposed to be a future guest, but I feel like that’s not gonna happen unless it’s already banked.
