Most of it was things like pre-trial motions and lawyers on both teams arguing for and against including or excluding certain stuff. Some docs were kept sealed because it contained private info (medical etc.). However, a lot of the evidence mentioned, e.g. the texts from his assistant admitting JD kicked AH on the plane were included in the UK trial, and have been available for a long time. His lawyers managed to get a lot of stuff from the UK excluded this time.
