It’s weird how shortly after the Chrissy Teigen stuff came out Fallon has her back on his show. It sucks because I feel like she hasn’t been held accountable enough and is already being welcomed back into the entertainment world. Or at least it feels like people already forgot and it hasn’t even been that long.

 

Not surprising from Fallon but I am reminded at how terrible and unfunny his show is by watching that. Couldn’t even get 2 minutes in.

 

Between this and Trump (and I’m sure others I’m forgetting) it just seems like he and NBC care more about ratings than not platforming shitty people, which sucks.

Yeah I’ve always wondered why it’s so accepted that it’s ok for a rich actor or whatever to require NDAs. A lot of these are the same people who claim to support things like the me too movement but then also exert this kind of control over women.

Not to defend an absolute monster or come off as confrontational, but addiction and being surrounded by enablers can lead to long stretches of denial. He can burn in Hell forever, but it’s not uncommon for this to happen.
