Same ol' dangerous, telling rhetoric. The inability to look at another person (particularly a woman) and see a person in that moment who can be respected or harmed, instead of an object to be used. Like, that right there is the problem. Not that people like Freeman see people to be mistreated, but that they outright just don't see people.

 

That's a pretty interesting way to look at things and how I feel when a band like Brand New will pop up on shuffle. I can aesthetically enjoy it or connect it to old personal memories but I can't "lose myself" in it anymore without playing dumb to the fact that an abuser made the art.

I just read the reason and that's messed up af but I'm so happy about the cancellation it literally made my entire day. Screw her and screw the revival. They should've known this would happen eventually. She went from being a hero of mine to actual garbage trash basura
