The specific quotes from her talking about the role are so so bad. I haven’t seen much discussion online of the trans representation in Dark, but it was disappointing that they used a cis actor and some toxic tropes as well regarding the character. So much of the show is flawless and beautiful and well thought out from every angle, but they perpetuated some harmful things as well in that aspect and I really wish they had done better.
