It's been such a long cycle for this I've kind of forgotten and my excitement has gone down a bit.

Obviously still excited but it just seems like it's never going to happen.

This song has been done for quite a while. This is definitely the style of the album.

And they spend basically forever tinkering with all their songs.

Underrated band. Although I think their first album is still their best.

I love the new song! I played it for my girlfriend and she thought it was switchfoot haha. I can kinda hear it in the vocals. Stoked they signed to Rise, hopefully this means we will get a few more albums out of them! Vinyl variants look sweet as well. All in all, my excitement level is through the roof again.

 

Pains me to say I'm not a fan of the new song. Damn 'Take You Away' has been on repeat loads this year was hoping for a little more but the whole song kinda falls a bit flat? Hoping I just need longer with it...

 

weird my sis said the same thing. I can see how people might hear some of a switchfoot vibe.

 

I thought the lyrics were the best part of the song...

Do Acceptance fans like the band Pentimento? In my opinion, they're both very similar (amazing, obviously) and I'm wondering if there's any crossover there, or if it's just me that sees that comparison...

Either way, you need to check out Pentimento's newest album. Shit's gold.

 

IMO they don't sound alike at all but pentimento is cool

 

I didn't really like the Pentimento album I checked out much at all.
