My guess is most of the band work full time/are in different states so time they can actually work on the project is small. It's a shame as I don't think they got the recognition they deserved on both album cycles. Fingers crossed they do come back though in full force when they're ready to show us what they've been quietly working on.
Bobby Darling from Gatsby’s is doing guitar work on the new album. He’s really excited about how it’s sounding. In sad news, sounds like we’re never gonna get a new The Money Pit album =(
Working on the new Acceptance record. We’ve got a really neat approach to the guitars and atmospherics that I think are heading in a surprising direction. Really excited. His direct response...
He's shown me some non-Money Pit stuff that's SO FUCKING RAD. I'm hoping the world gets to hear that first.
except for it being one mp3, presumably one song, in which case 13.5mb is fine? Being disappointed in the file size of an mp3 of an unreleased song that is not even available to you is a new one.
I'm an eternal optimist when it comes to new music. My favorite artist and band are almost at the 10-year mark since new material. Something has to keep me going. Those demos are pretty awesome too, by the way!
I mean any new acceptance music ever is fantastic I just thought the email file was going to be the whole whopping album. Just past the three year mark since CBD I believe.
The fact that the file was named the way it was implies (to me) that there are at least a couple tracks. Maybe Aaron is sending them as he finishes them (Does he mix, master, or just produce? I'm not sure.).
There have been rumblings since shortly after CBD so let’s hope these are finally coming to fruition!
