    The problem with the housing crisis tweet is the implication that if you’re renting you don’t have to worry about your water heater…as if a single landlord has ever fixed something promptly when it broke

    When my wife and I got milk caught in one of our ceiling lights last year, we called our landlord and he said that he was heading on vacation with his family for the week.

    So this checks out.

    Josh, this is a family website.

    But to answer your question, our upstairs neighbor dropped a full gallon of milk and was able to clean "most of it" up, but not before some of it got caught in one of our ceiling lights.
