for what it's worth... yellow mustard on medium-rare steak is good.

like, I wouldn't do it on a steak I wanted to eat for dinner with potatoes and vegetables or whatever. but I have absolutely fried up leftover steak tips in mustard to eat the next day. mustard and beef go together really well.

 

Leftovers maybe sure but I’m not putting it on a high end fresh piece of meat.

Why did they include that the day he died was flag day???? Read the rest of the obituary and it doesn’t mention anything about flags. He didn’t make flags or sell flags or have a collection of flags. I have to imagine it’s some type of inside joke with the family or something lol
