Twitter Blue should give you a blue check or the ability to take someone elses blue check away. The fact that Elon hasnt implemented this himself proves hes not a genius.

 

Just saying, Something Awful was a 1 time $10 registration fee (unless banned), but for $5, you could change someone else's avatar, or update your own.
