This looks cool but at this point, what studio/network isn't going to have a 'clever whodunnit like you've never seen before' movie/show?
oh it’s quite fun, especially with the right audience alongside you. this might be a downside for some, but it’s not as horror-oriented as you might think. did get some big hearty laughs at times, which may or may not be due to the complimentary drinks they were serving. shame that all these people had glow sticks on (two women had them on their heads! and they were sitting in what looked like the handicapped spots!) while i was watching, especially when several came in like 20 minutes late. but it’s a pretty damn good time in the moment. ending had a few folks screaming
Seeing Bodies Bodies Bodies this weekend. Not expecting a full blown horror film with this cast. Rachel Sennott is a riot.
It was a good time! Agreed with @Serh that it really was much less horror than it felt like it’d be from the trailer. There were a lot of “walking around the house” parts that felt like they could’ve been more tense. But some fun performances, some laugh out loud lines from Rachel Sennot especially, and a pretty satisfying ending. Can imagine I’d have liked it even more with a better audience though any Connor O’Malley sighting is a win for me
My crowd was game. Laughed at all the funny stuff. Didn’t groan at the ending. My one knock, as I liked it a lot, is they just set off a social commentary bomb in one scene that I feel like they could have led to a bit more
I wish I had a big audience for Bodiesx3, it was just a group of teenagers and a couple in my theater lol. Loved it though. Just the type of movie I was in the mood for.
Last two movies I've gone to the theater for, it was just me and my sister. Bodies Bodies Bodies and Vengeance. I also wish I had a big crowd for the former, but I laughed and enjoyed it regardless.
I really enjoyed Bodies! My theater had probably 20-30 people in it. The last probably 30 minutes was a huge hit with everyone and the ending got a great reception. Rachel Sennot crushed it -- I'm going to watch her movie Shiva Baby tonight. Any one seen it? This also did not help my crush on Lee Pace. "I told you guys, I have big lungs!"
