I basically think you'll get out of them what you want to get out of them. The advice you normally get is generally applicable to anyone but it's still always good advice. It's all sort of a reminder to not forget your roots and to get in touch with your core values, and to not associate with people who will feed off of you and who put out bad energy. Reminds us to love ourselves, be true to ourselves and others, and to give love in abundance. all important advice imo.
