Haha. I'm also slowly working my way through it. However, I hate it so much it's so horrible it's mesmerizing and I understand zero percent why it became a cult favorite. But I feel the need to keep watching to try and "understand."

 

The only Lynch thing I've seen is Blue Velvet and I didn't really get what people love about it. It was ok

 

Season 3 is not horrible. Not even cheesy now.

Keep tryin'! Rejection always sucks but I know getting something published as an unknown author is basically a numbers game. Finishing a novel is a huge accomplishment to begin with.

Well self publishing is at least an option. I know you've talked against it before but at least it's there

 

Yeah. If I feel it's the right thing to do, I'll do it. But I can't give up on it quite yet, not on novel #1. Especially when it's very common for people to get published more in the novel #5-#6 range.
