It depends on the strand for me. Some cause a great deal of anxiety and some help immensely. Get me some Sour Diesel and I'm paranoid as fuck but Northern Lights makes me able to function.

 

Weed makes me super sleepy and mellows me out. I miss it

Yeah some strands do not react well with narcolepsy. Or CFS. I'm not actually sure so I should probably go to a doctor hahaha.
