I was just in the elevator at work with this lady and another guy. He turns to her and nods at me saying "See this guy? He keeps it together at work, but really throws them back on the weekends. Party animal".

Pretty much my worst nightmare. Don't remember running into him AT ALL this weekend

This girls mom was murdered and it turns out that her mom did some really fucked shit to her family. Not saying she should have died or anything. 10 minutes in and I was hooked. If you like true crime check it out for sure.

2nd time in my life I've been called an n word lover by a patient. I'm good friends with the nurse I work with who is a big black guy. The racism never ends. He's so good at his job bc I would be like fuck you dude.

Minimum wage here is $7.25 which is why everyone is dirt poor. Most people aren't lucky and find a job here with a degree that's why my sister and all my friends moved to Atlanta.

I haven't talked about this yet bc I don't want to jinx it but I have a 3rd interview with another hospital. I'm tired of being treated like a workhorse and getting no help for my salary. This job pays essentially $7 more per hour than my job now. There's a little more work bc it's a support position which means helping everywhere in the lab and not one department which is great bc I hate sitting around. I prob won't get it but I'm optimistic right now.

 

And then there's Florida...
