Soft yes and hard no. Mine was eh. My shrimp scampi was pretty skanky and the fries felt like they had been under heat lamps for a year but it was generally unoffensive. My girlfriend got a lobster bake alfredo that came exactly ice cold. They comped basically our entire bill tho. Definitely never going again, but it was either that or Olive Garden because gift cards.

It was a gift card for Darden restaraunts. We have a Carrabba's, but it would have cost legal tender.

 

Yeah it's gotta be a contractual/grandfathered in thing so people have a chance to use existing cards.
