On the phone when they ask me my name is say Erin and then spell it bc most of the time they spell it Aa. This dude after I spelled it still put it in wrong and he's been telling me for 10 minutes he can't find my account. He even put in my birthday. I hate people.

Yeah it's not like you spell it a weird uncommon way that people will never get right because your parents wanted to be different
