Holy shit, did I get lucky! Turns out the complimentary ticket for Megadeth on Friday was legit so I get to go see them and Meshuggah for free! Man, I'm so happy, this was a pick-me-up that I needed!

 

I still have a box at my girlfriends place

 

If "have" isn't past tense by the next time you're there, you've got a good girlfriend.

 

Also Thin Mints used to be my fav but I'm pretty confident they've changed/ruined them

TBH I forgot they were there. Saw them yesterday when I was making breakfast.

Pretty sure recipe is changed. I can't demolish them like I used to. Feels nasty after 4-6 cookies

 

This makes me feel much better. I was afraid it was just because I stopped partaking in the devil's grass.

 

I'm cryin. Snoop is always making these little clips about whatever drama is going on with celebs.

 

Megadeth is very good live

 

They're one of the two of the Big 4 I haven't seen, the other is Metallica because they charge mad money for the privilege and I ain't about that.

 

I haven't seen Metallica or Anthrax and haven't sought out to see either really. I've seen Slayer on accident a bunch of times, and Megadeth once with In Flames which was a blast.

 

I know you mean they played with other bands but I like to imagine you walking into a venue randomly and Slayer happened to be there

 

Anthrax is stupid fun live, I'm still a little bummed I missed them in May.

 

That would be amazing. Yeah the first time I was going to see Marilyn Manson and Slayer happened to be playing before them, and the second and third time was at music festivals where friends texted me to meet them at a stage and when I did Slayer was playing there.

 

That Megadeth/In Flames tour was super fun.

Megadeth was good live on that tour.
Metallica was fantastic when I saw them on the Death Magnetic tour.
Slayer was absolutely terrible when I saw them at Riot Fest.
Never seen Anthrax and don't have a big desire to.

 

I've seen Slayer at least three times and they were great each time. Some of the scariest pits I've ever been in too.

 

So disappointing when we're promised lunch at work and everyone votes for Jimmy John's

 

Where would you prefer?

 

I said Chipotle or Raising Canes

I like Jimmy Johns a lot but I'm with Mr. Texas, if my work is offering to get us lunch I'm not opting for Jimmy Johns, I can get that myself thank you

 

Sandwiches are certainly the easiest work lunch just not the most exciting
