I took like 3 art classes for fun.

 

I don't know anything about art

 

I'm a Kandinsky kinda guy myself. Every iPhone background for the past 6 years has been a Kandinsky

 

I'm pretty much an artist in that I traced Dragon Ball Z characters in 3rd grade and then never arted again

 

I'm color blind so not really an art guy

 

Only abstract guy worth a damn in my book.

 

I like Francis Bacon and Joan Miró the most, I'd say. Kandinsky would probably round out the top three.

 

I like looking at art

I know very little about artists though

 

Also I hate how so many modern artists are like "This piece is about how our culture is obsessed with technology" and then 90% of young America is like "IT'S SO TRUE CHECK IT OUT" like shut the fuck up

Andy Warhol is cool and Jared Leto is going to ruin him for me.

 

I'm trying to think of one person who saw a Banksy piece and was like "I will change my ways"

I feel like this statement could be said for just about anything Jared Leto ever touches

 

Jared Leto was incredible in Dallas Buyer's Club

 

That's for sure. I wanted to see Suicide Squad but then I saw the promos and noped out of there. Not to mention the nasty shit he did during filming.

 

He's still the worst

The only reason I agree art is dead is because /u/Shitty_Watercolour retired from reddit

 

The Kiss is like a synchronistic omen for me. I see it everywhere, and every time some crazy shit happens.


Chagall is very good too! And of course Dali, but it took going to his museum in st.pete to really appreciate it
