Seen most of Lynch's films, probably love Blue Velvet the most.

My girlfriend has bigtime "Catcher in the Rye" syndrome where she thinks every frame of everything Lynch has ever done is a deconstruction of something lol. Drives me nuts.

 

It's crazy that twin peaks is based on a true story.

 

He's one of the many on my list I need to get into, too many movies and TV shows not enough time

Btw @dadbolt I got six or so eps into S2 of Mr Robot. Last ep was the 90's sitcom one. I was in awe of how they pulled that off.

 

There's so many shows that I either have to catch up on or that I want to start that I usually just get overwhelmed trying to pick something and go to bed.

best one yet. I know it might not seem like it now but it makes sense...it's just y'know David Lynch, master of surrealism. I recently read where he said that a lot of the imagery in episode eight is directly inspired by some of his favorite Francis Bacon paintings. it was honestly one of my favorite things he has ever done.

Lynch is my favorite director ever and one of the reasons I even pursued my art in the first place so forgive me if I'm a little defensive. he's a national treasure as far as I'm concerned.

I agree on Lynch. I could listen to the guy talk for hours, he's got such an honest developed take on things. However, Crazy Clown Time is an abomination. Everything else I can get down with.
