Going to the gym at 6:30 means I'm going to forget something at home. Today it was my shoes. Last week my towel and socks.

I always had bad luck with shoes in my early morning gym trips, such as:

Ended up in a high-profile meeting when I worked at the law firm in my shower flipflops once, too, because I only packed one shoe in my gym bag. At least the client thought it was hilarious.

 

I don't know what part of my resume triggered the sorting algorithm to send me a job opportunity as a geophysicist, but I'm flattered.

 

I took a geology class once. Hated that shit.

I was off and on yesterday, @angrycandy. I'm editing a book for a client right now. I'm checking all my daily job boards then gotta dive in to that for a bit. I'm usually around when I'm not working on projects, basically.

 

Oddly enough, in the right mood, I would've kept reading after the first page (of actual content, not being facetious). I like to learn about things I'd never be able to understand in any depth just to appreciate those people who do the work.
