It's DLC for the first Dishonored. You can choose to go stealth and not kill anyone for a "clean hands" achievement. I probably dropped a guy too hard or something stupid like that.

Ken the game takes place in a time of plague and if you kill all the bad guys there are more rats and plague infected people to deal with, okay? Plus it's more of a challenge.
