I've dipped steak into an A1/Ketchup hybrid mixture, where the two sauces slid into one another and made an A1/Ketchup buffer. I had the A1 for my garlic bread and ketchup for my baked potato.

I used to order well-done steaks.

Now I only go for medium. Anything more is disgusting and dry. I haven't taken the leap to medium-rare, though.

And never with ketchup or steak sauce. ugh.

fair enough, I'm usually not a big sauce/condiment person

 

me neither. It grosses me out when a sandwich or burger has a bunch of condiments and they start oozing out.

 

brown mustard is probably my favorite of the condiments family.

 

and then you have to use a fork and you wonder if everyone thinks you're too stupid to understand sandwiches, maybe that's just me

 

Mustard > Ranch > BBQ > anything else
