The cake I made for Thanksgiving was low carb and amaaaaazing. I legit impressed myself.

Pumpkin spice with cream cheese frosting. Had almond flour, stevia, and splenda. Really enjoyed it. Definitely going to venture into that world a bit more, I think.

god @ being home. Went into my car to look for a winter hat I think I left there (which was true, but I also wanted to grab the half-smoked cigarette I dropped outside my window last night) and just because of the way my parents are, it had to become a five minute conversation with my dad about what I'm looking for, that he has a hat I can use, and that it's not a big deal and that it's probably just at my apartment.
