today I was in a bathroom stall in a public restroom at the mall. all of the stalls were occupied, a man and his grandson came in and the man told the kid the stalls were all occupied so they would have to wait. they stand there and the guy is explaining this to the kid, really taking his time with it. it was at about this point that I mutter "Jesus Christ" under my breath and the other two guys started laughing. if you are one of those guys and see this post on the internet: Ikr. wtf was with that guy.

Yeah, it sucks but it is really fucking easy to follow the guidelines. Its just stupid stuff like having hands in pockets or wearing them while consuming alcohol. Really dumb shit that a day one soldier would know is a no-no. I don't have the patience for shitty soldiering. I once saw a guy with a hat that was rolled on the road and stopped him and told him to fix it and he told me to fuck off. Fucking privates, man.

 

I probably come off as a dick when I tell people to fix things, but it is part of their fucking job. Better me tell them than someone who is going to fuck them up (figuratively)

I'm really reallllllly passive about it. I would spot someone from across the field and run over to them, and have them fix themselves. If it was a persistent thing, I'd pull them aside and correct them in a way I saw fit. I never humiliated people like a lot of my coworkers would. There isn't a need for that kind of stuff.
