I just broke some lady's heart by telling her to exchange her new router because it wasn't pushing PoE. She went from happy and cool to dejected and quiet and sad.

I mean, it only takes like ten minutes to set one of these up. Stop being so sad, yo. Hardware issues can happen. >.>
