holy fuck yes. After 10 hours, I finished (aside from just cleaning up the code and stuff) my coding assignment. Now I can start the other homework I have...


for those of you wondering, what was the project? I had to make a linked list of a deck of cards and just print it out. I hate linked lists. The second part due next week involves shuffling the deck and a scoring structure...

I like to spread misery wherever I go, but sometimes I feel bad about it.

 

I do not miss being a CS major. Linked lists and arrays are the worst.

See, I'm not even a CS major. I'm an EE major and the way my school's ECE programs work is there are 6 "fundamental" classes, 3 EE, 3 CE. If you're EE or CE you have to take your 3 and then 1 of the others (if you're both you take all 6). The CE courses are networks, algorithms (the one I'm taking), and digital logic. I hate digital logic and have heard so many mixed things about the networks course ("easiest class ever", "hardest class ever", etc...) so I took this because I need to get better at programming even though I knew it's the most work out of the three.
