I got in a minor accident during lunch. Some maniac with the construction company drove *across* the service road and claimed not to see anyone coming. The lady in front of me stopped and then I broke but not fast enough. Just some minor cosmetic damage, like the lady's bumper was scratched and mine has a subtle crease.

Anyway I don't think she has insurance, she was crying and almost drove off before I got out of the car, and was quick to say she didn't need my insurance info. I just let it go.
