Infinite Jest is supposed to be amazing. DFW's essays are great. But my experience with these sort of novels has always left me wanting. So it's never something I would look at without a few select friends rec-ing it.

 

I only read comics sorry guys can't join in the conversation.

 

It is one of the only post modern classics. Very very well recieved. Its not obscure or anything. It's DFW. Though many would call it pretentious. lol

I read books and comics but my tastes are definitely not that kinda thing by any means. Like I hear people rave about Infinite Jest and House of Leaves and such and I just can't bring myself to even attempt those. Seems incredibly daunting to me.
