I don't think I've ever finished a game of Monopoly. We'd get an hour or two in and just give up.

Phew just organized and got 30 people on a bus in a matter of a half hour on our way up to lake wales florida! It was madness and I crushed it.

Microsoft downloaded a bunch of updates. Asked to restart. I said I'd restart manually. It restarted anyways. Forty minutes later, it's only at 16%. Great. I wasn't trying to use my laptop for a project anyways.

 

Microsoft is making all updates mandatory in Windows 10. Get used to that.

 

But the last time they let me restart it when I wasn't in the middle of doing something.

 

Stop doing things.

 

I truly detest filling out job apps.

 

They're so stressful and unnecessary

I hate applications, but LOVE interviews.

My last interview was over the phone and I seriously googled everything he asked me about Linux. I cheated, but I won.

 

My life for the last three years (and foreseeable future)

 

I filled out one for Starbucks and they literally asked me what qualities I felt would make me a good barista, like an interview question on a job app. I've never seen that before.

 

You'd think on one that large they'd warn you "hey, do this shit overnight."

 

I may have the worst job application to actual interviews received ratio in history. Over 500 jobs applied to, 9 interviews.

 

You'd think. It's a 3gb update. They're just assholes. Usually it schedules during a time you're not using the computer, but if it's off when it is scheduled, it'll do it the next time the computer is on.

 

I'm really hoping I can find something sooner than later, for I would work a crap temp job over having to continue slaving away on applications.
