I seriously need to buy FFXIV

 

It's pretty fun, I wish there were more hours in a day so I'd be motivated to play it

Feels like such a commitment

 

It's gotta install the game before you can play. That's what that is, plus prob a 4gb patch to dl.

And then PS+ on top of that

 

FFXIV doesn't require PS+ but yeah paying for both isn't fun

I paid for basically an eternity of FFXIV when I had disposable income so I'm still riding off that basically

 

That's what's been stopping me honestly. There's so many games I want to play right now, that paying monthly for FFXIV would be tough when I want to get through my backlog

 

When I played it on a regular basis it would be the only game I'd play. It'd just be FFXIV and nothing else. Now that I'm actually playing other games it's so hard to justify, especially when in the endgame.

 

Yeah I like working through games and finishing them and FFXIV is more it an ongoing thing

 

I'm hoping next expansion caters a bit more to the "medium" player.

Like, right now it's good for people who want to play very very casually, and good for hardcore players, but there's no middle ground.

Everything's either too easy for me or would require me to play way more just to do the trial haha, and I never want to play that much anymore

 

I played the beta and thought it was cool but I didn't interact with any other players or do anything mp

I don't know how to MMO
