cashier at Starbucks just said "good afternoon" to my girlfriend and I as we pulled up to the drive-thru window and "Merry Christmas" as we were leaving



I can't figure out if he was fucking with us or just severely overworked

 

I thought Starbucks hated Christmas wasn't that why all the neocons were mad

 

That's misleading, there's a lot of idiot old people

 

Back to back nine hour days may kill me, but we're getting to about 85% done and by tomorrow that should jump to 95% and I'm so ready to just take a week and work on my novel

 

But I'm also thankful that as of 5pm tomorrow I'll be able to pay all of my bills through the end of April and that's a huge burden lifted even if I won't have much else left over but that's being responsible

I'm in such an amazing mood today because it's sunny out and (at least in my office) it feels like a Spring day, so I'm like, 90% sure I have Seasonal Affectiveness Disorder or whatever that thing is called.

 

It's supposed to be even nicer this weekend. I am pumped.

 

Yeah, it's going to be low 60's in Michigan this weekend, and I'm so happy.
