my morning breakfast is a three egg omelette with three strips of low sodium bacon

if i eat a lunch, it's a salad

dinner is a protein & two veggies

 

I grew up calling them a “toad in the hole” but its when you cut out a hole in a piece of bread and cook the egg in that hole

 

I think they meant egg in a basket. that diagram cannot be trusted.

 

nice. I still eat tons of awful shit everyday but I try to focus on having good protein and veggies for every meal.
