i've given up wraps for sandwich thins. 100 calories/20 g carbs vs 120/36 in a spinach wrap

yeah. just v thin bun like things, they're good.

 

there's a direct correlation between the body i want and the foods i'm tired of eating getting me there.

 

Yeah, I am too and I only eat it a few times a week haha

 

sounds good. I'll have to look for those. I love the bagel thins.. what a great way to make a sandwich.

 

these are the best one but they've got a bunch

 

i used to do a lot of smoked salmon salads for lunch. that never got old.

 

As long as y'all don't do the burger lettuce wraps which make me Chris level angry

hamburger buns make my stomach violently upset so this is quite literally the only way i eat hamburgers anymore sorry for letting you down ian

Yeah. We used to buy the six heads of romaine, a bag of kale, this huge pack of celery stalks, whole carrot bags, cucumbers, purple onion, and sweet peppers every Sunday and then prep five salads each for Mom and I for the week. We'd then grilled a tray of chicken and then Costco sells a smoked salmon sampler for like $9.99 that does about four salads if you separate it out. Boil some eggs, put some cheese on some. You can mix it up just enough and still get pretty full at lunch. We'd get ten lunches (and usually 4-5 side salads for dinners) for like $35-$40.

 

A hamburger without a bun ain't a damn hamburger, the only worse thing is when they called grilled cauliflower steak or pizza

 

Relient K is one of my all time favorites.

And even before I had surgery, I preferred burgers without buns. :O

 

What a deal! sounds awesome. I love everything about smoked salmon.

 

potato rolls are the best for burgers & dogs don't @ me unless you agree even then probably don't
