Honestly, I don’t know man. These last few months it’s been at its all time worst. I’m legitimately very upset about it because it dictates a lot of what I do in my life. I need to just do a massive diet overhaul haul I haven’t found the will yet. What about you?

 

I've taken Nexium in the past but didn't want to keep paying for it so I stopped. Now I just drink milk every night and it helps. If I eat something that I know is gonna hit me REAL bad I take OTC medication that helps too

 

I should probably start taking something, but I know prolonged use of acid reflux meds are pretty bad for you. It’s gotten real bad though so I should probably do it, at least temporarily. I need to stop eating so many garbage carbs

 

Also, whiskey and beer are terrrrrrible for acid reflux but they are also my friends

Ughhjhh. I just went to the restroom and all the stalls were occupied and finally someone flushes and out walks a woman. I was in the wrong bathroom. I just let out an “oh shit” and got the heckin heck out of there

 

25 is when my body started to take dayyyys to recover from a night of drinking.

I had a doc scare the shit out of me talking about acid reflux, smoking, and drinking, which I did/had all at the time, causes esophagus cancer and the percentages of getting it were rising.

Everytime I have used the one seater men's restroom it has been completely and utterly disgusting.
