But it was so good!

 

This sounds pretty fuckin' dangerous now that i think about it, but my brother and neighbourhood friends came up with a sweet idea for a race. We'd either wait until it was raining, or just soak down the driveway with a house so it got real slippery. Then we'd map out a course. You'd get on your scooter, race 3 laps hitting 1 small curb/jump on each lap. Then on the final lap you had to hit our 4 foot quarter pipe, land in the puddles/water, and hope you scooted into the finish line

I guess technically I came up with it, but i was the oldest so everyone thought it was cool and participated

Sounds awesome. When I was little, I'd draw a race course with sidewalk chalk on driveways, sidewalks, and throughout the neighborhood and then I'd race the neighborhood kids on our tricycles (badass, I know). The winner got a coke or sparkling cider or something.
