I haven't seen the latest season and 10 is very good but since Season 6 the show has been a perfection of Seth McFarlane's writing style.

 

I watched Frank's bro the other day. It's not that bad

But also watch the show if only for seasons 2-6. Seasons 8-10 all have gold but it's not as consistent.

 

pretty sure i've seen all of these and yeah they were great. i'll try 8-10

 

I'm a strong proponent of the earlier seasons of IASIP. Season 1 has some of the show's best episodes. Seasons 2 through 5 continue that trend and there's not a bad episode. Season 6 is great, but you can start to see a slight dip in consistency. Season 7 is somewhat of a bounce back season with some truly brilliant episodes, but also the worst episode of the series (Frank's Brother). Seasons 8-12 are all consistently funny and worth watching, they're not peak it's always sunny, but still good.

 

I can't get into Always Sunny, it's too mean for me.

I stopped watching consistently after season 4. I don’t think it ever got bad, but there was definitely a dip in quality. It got kinda over the top and I sort of lost interest. Not sure if I’ll ever go back and watch every episode, but occasionally when I’m bored I’ll just throw on a random episode and even if it’s not hilarious I’m at least entertained.

 

it's in no way celebrating being mean to people tho, quite the opposite. these people are just paradigms for the awful shit we all have inside of us or something

 

Yeah, they’re deplorable. I love how sometimes they make it seem like Dee is going to be the moral center and then she ends up being just as awful haha.

 

I got a new chair for my desk and my life just changed.

When I went to pick up the old one to put near the elevator for maintenance to ditch, the bottom part stayed on the ground and separated completely from the seat. Perfect Looney Tunes moment and anecdote for the woes of state service.
