fun story: i found out we have 10 people coming over for dinner tomorrow this morning so i can't participate like i thought. the universe is out to stop me from having a good time.

GareBear (or Gar-Bear) is my third longest running nickname of my life, so surprisingly I actually like that one.

 

I love seeing Norm MacDonald and Todd Barry on peoples' lists. It validates my taste in comedy since you guys seem a lot smarter than me.

 

I like them a lot. I just like a lot of comedians

 

Norm is #1 for me probably

 

I was going for people who have made me cry laughing

 

Speaking for myself, I just like to pretend I'm smarter than other people, I'm (probably) not most of the time.

 

Todd Barry is one of those comedians that has been a home run with every single person I've introduced to him. He can be so fucking sharp and brutal without getting vulgar almost ever and I feel like that gives him a Mulaney like appeal. Those are the two guys I would feel comfortable throwing on with some family around.

 

I don't get the love for Norm. But if he makes you laugh, that's what counts.
