It's a vicious cycle because not doing anything makes you feel depressed and feeling depressed makes you not want to do anything.

What is this being productive of which you speak

 

I'm watching Heroin(e) on Netflix and it's a really good, awesomely edited bite-sized 39 min doc with the coolest judge ever

 

Oh wow. It's filmed in Huntington. My best friend in the world lost his sister to a heroin overdose two months ago, and another girl I know over there lost her sister to an OD two weeks ago. The Huntington/Babylon area of Long Island really is the heroin capital of the northeast. They both live in that little bubble. Very, very sad.

 

My mom's side of the family calls me "pretty girl" bc that's what my nannie has called me since birth and it kinda stuck but I'm sitting here trying to shake off my cousin's new boyfriend calling me that twice today. Even my dad's nickname for me makes me feel icky when people use it that I'm not close to. Does that make sense? It's weird right?

 

That's a very weird nickname.

It could be worse, I met a guy at a few parties in highschool, I never learned his real name because everyone called him Deep-dish. I also met a guy named Sweaty Tyler a few times, nobody ever just called him Tyler.

My advice: do something legendary to earn a new nickname.
