Got a call at 2:39pm that we needed to call in hospice bc my gma took a huge turn for the worst. 3:10pm and she is gone. They think the cancer came back. We were close but she isn't in pain anymore so that comforts me. I saw her last week and the last things we talked about were happy and she remembered me bc her dementia was getting pretty bad so all is good. She fought like hell.
