Beggars is probably my favorite. I think it's their most solid

Also love Out Of Mana, it's interesting

 

I used to love Beggars, but the production is not great.

 

I feel like even the songs I'm not overly fond of I find musically interesting and engaging. Such as Out of Mana.

 

Oh wait. I don't like Illusion of Safety either. So, Artist onward

 

Beggars is one of my favorite albums of all time

 

I feel like the biggest difference I have with others is when I listen to a band like BN I don't listen to the lyrics super strongly, hence me loving Out Of Mana and not caring for Could Never Be Heaven

 

Vheissu is the best Thrice album. But I almost always choose TAITA to listen to first.

 

I totally hear ya, but there's a rawness to that record that I really appreciate

 

I think Vheissu is their most important album, however I don't find it to be the most solid anymore.

 

Totally makes sense. I'm very a much a lyrically driven person. When I can find music that blends that with interesting music, I'm usually here for it.

 

2018 Thrice going to be the best. But 2020 Thrice could eclipse it. Then again 2022....

I'm still baffled by how hard I fell for Ellie Goulding. Blasting "I Need Your Love" and bouncing around my room.

 

I don't see myself returning to TBEITBN all that much though. I think Hurricane and Salt and Shadow are some their best songs ever, the rest I find to be very adequate, not necessarily great.

 

Hey man, I still love them to death! They just wrote a shitty song!

 

I barely go back to their latest. I still think it's solid, but there's only a few songs that have lasting power for me

 

What's funny is my friends and my sister (WHO WERE ALL BORN IN THE 80's THANK YOU) agree wit me 100%
