TBH though, I've strictly deisgnated beer to the weekends. I used to have beer with lunch or dinner but it's basically liquid bread and I'm trnya lose dis fupa ya kno

lol, it's not, that's more of a joke, but I'm just trying to lead a healthier lifestyle for the most part. Cutting out empty carbs, going to the gym, less beer. Also I want to be Joe Manganiello and he says to cut out all alcohol if you wanna get ripped. I'm not that committed, but I can do without during the week.

 

I found a boneless, butterflied leg of lamb on sale for $13. Gonna be eating well tonight!

Hmm. It's been almost a month since I started not eating meat. Weird

There was a slip up involving bean tacos that had beef for some reason

In a way. I normally eat until I'm full but haven't been this month. So I don't feel like shit after lunch. Also I haven't been to drive thru places more than once or twice this month, whereas I normally go about twice a week

Surprisingly I've only lost a couple pounds (which wasn't the goal but I expected to)

 

Do you have supersonic hearing now or something? That's what I've heard
