I purged my Facebook friends a while back down to like 30 people (close friends and family). And then was just pretty selective about who I add. Never stresses me out anymore or puts me in a funk so I just use it to keep up with my family and for events.

 

I really cant stand people who call themself 'spiritual' its a word thats just thrown around too much and usually the egomaniacs are the ones claiming to be super spiritual. Yeah books are great at breaking down truth vs our mind. Id say the general theme of most spirtual reading is that YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOUR MIND TELLS YOU. Just that simple idea but the human mind is so powerful that knowing just that is no where near enough. I think a 'spirtual' way of life is just seeking for the truth in everything and accepting it and not let your mind claim it knows what the truth is. If that all makes sense lol.
