The one song I actually know, and anyone who isnt a fan knows, 'The Kill', he decides to do an ACOUSTIC VERSION. IT WAS SO BAD. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT.

 

Decided to stay away from Facebook/social media and a bunch of friend groups, I gotta get my head straight.

 

Have you ever tried any kinds of meditation Ant? Or read any spiritual literature before?

Well ill try to find a good introductory online thing for mediatation, i know they have ones that do a great job of slowly introducing it. It helps ALOT with calming our mind and centering ourself. I actually have been in a funk too and am going to begin doing it daily again.

Also let me suggest the book The Four Agreements. By Miguel ruiz i think his name is. Its a simple , short yet powerfful read. I think you would benefit alot from it.

Getting away from social media is great/healthy. I deleted my Facebook years ago. It's seriously just a cesspool of garbage and I just figured, I don't really care about what anybody has to say and they don't care what I have to say either. Once you delete it you'll quickly realize how much you don't care.

 

I mostly just use Facebook to add events to my calendar

 

Meditation is pretty much my go to and only recommendation I can give people these days, so qft. Reading helps me a lot too. Even if you're not necessarily "spiritual" (I'm certainly not), those kinds of books have a lot of value during tough times. my two cents.

Thats a good simple intro to how to meditate. Just ignore the 20-30 minutes deal. Thats a long time at first. Just shoot for like 3-5 minutes at first.
