Dammit Ian I was JUST about to say that

 

I’ve never been one to deal with anxiety, but within this last year I’ve been having it pretty bad when it comes to like performing or presenting in front of people. I’ve been dreading my class presentation all semester because I feel like I’m just gonna get there and throw up. I had a job interview and once it started it was fine, but I was so nauseated beforehand. This is new for me and I really do not like it and I’m hoping I won’t be like this forever because I wasn’t always like this. I’ve been thinking of taking a swingdance class because it’ll force me to perform in front of people and hopefully I’ll get over it, and also I just wanna know swing.

 

I do light to not so light weight lifting most days. I do fifty push ups a day whenever I feel like it (not consecutively) and I take walks pretty much every day

i used to be the most anti-physical activity person ever. especially for running. and then one day i just went out and tried to run like half a mile and i did it with like a 12 minute pace and it wasn't so bad and just did a little more each day until I was running 5ks at like a 7:45 pace. I love it. It's my alone time and it's nice to be outside and enjoy it.

I do about 30 minutes of cardio every day, usually the elliptical. I was mixing in some weights in there too but slacked on that with how busy this month has been. This is easily the healthiest I’ve been but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement still

Then I have a stationary bike, elliptical, inverter, and arctrainer (think super elliptical).
