I ate a handful of almonds for lunch. I'm not even hungry.

I just got into the new Mystery Science Theater 3000 btw

 

Four eggs in the am, then nuts and low carb veggies until dinner. Then dinner is usually a meat or two, with vegetables. Lol

That sounds really good. Good for you. Only thing is I personally might get tired of the eggs.

For veggies I could probably eat unlimited bell peppers, peppers, and onions and never get tired of it.
